1:1
support built around your child's learning profile
Does this sound familiar?
Most families reach out to us with one of these on their mind. Here's how we help.
“My child works so hard, and it still isn’t clicking.”
Every clinician at ALC is trained to work with neurodivergent learners, including ADHD, ASD, dyslexia and mild to moderate learning disabilities. That’s what sets us apart from a typical tutoring center, where tutors aren’t trained in different learning profiles.
“We have a diagnosis, or think one might be coming. Now what?”
No diagnosis is needed to get started. If your child has been evaluated, we review the reports with you and turn them into a plan. If not, we can help point you toward the right evaluation.
“We tried someone before, and it wasn’t the right fit.”
We match your child with the clinician whose strengths fit their needs. If the fit isn’t right, just tell us. It’s never personal, and we’ll find a better match without you having to start over.
“I feel like I’m figuring this out on my own.”
You’re not. We’re a partner for your family through the whole journey, from parent check-ins to coordinating with your child’s school.
How we help
Individualized, one-on-one support to help students thrive academically and build confidence.
How it works
Five steps from your first phone call to your child working with their clinician.
Step 01: Start with a call
We'll chat about your child's needs and answer your questions.
Step 02: Baseline Session (50 min)
A meeting with your child for initial assessments.
Step 03: Review & Plan
Any reports and evaluations are reviewed. An intervention plan with targeted goals is created.
Step 04: Clinician Match
Your child is connected with the best-fit specialist from our team.
Step 05: Sessions Begin
Your child starts working with their clinician, building skills step by step with ongoing progress monitoring.
Our goal: to support students with the right interventions, the right person, and a clear path toward growth and confidence.

“Caroline has been an incredible, irreplaceable support for both my kids. For the past 3 years, she has helped them develop the tools and confidence to self advocate and put in their best effort at school. They adore her, and her kindness and patience with them is limitless. She collaborates extremely well with the school teaching staff to develop and execute a solid plan with awesome results.”
